It has a beautiful garden which featured in the annual Gardens of Grahamstown show, a pool and braai facilities. 1 on Ross is conveniently situated close to private schools and Rhodes University.

There is a King-size sleeper couch (or two singles) in the lounge area. The cottage is set up for semi-self-catering with a well-equipped kitchenette comprising full fridge, microwave, kettle, Induction plate, toaster, table and chairs. Air conditioning will keep you cool in summer plus heaters and electric blankets are available for the chilly months.
