It seems a shame that no one has commented on the hotel because, although we visited in 2005 we really had an excellent stay. The space in the apartment was fantastic - I think it was the Castle. For a stay with a difference, try the British Hotel.

My wife and I lived in Simon's Town in 1972/73 and have fond memories of the area before we moved to Jo'burg.
