Standard Rates

Valid from 29 June to 31 December 2010
Season Self Catering Basis
Peak Season (16 December to 15 January) R995 per night for the house
High Season (20 March to 20 April) R800 per night for the house
Mid Season (22 June to 20 July and 21 September to 5 October) R700 per night for the house
High Season (1-15 December) R700 per night for the house
Low Season (rest of the year) R500 per night for the house (minimum 3 nights)
Notes:
The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
Please note that your deposit will be forfeited in the event of more than 6 persons occupying the house.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% deposit secures booking.
Balance + plus breakage / key deposit (R750) payable 10 days prior to arrival.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 days after your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 30 days before arrival - full payment is forfeited.
Between 30 to 60 days - 50% of payment is forfeited.
Before 60 days - full deposit refund less R200.00 admin fee.
No refunds for early departures, late arrivals.
