Standard Rates

Valid from 23 November 2009 to 12 July 2010
Season Self Catering Basis
High Season (1-15 December) R700 per night for the house
Peak Season (16 December to 15 January) R995 per night for the house
High Season (19 March to 27 April and 10 June to 12 July 2010) R860 per night for the house
Mid Season (24 September to 4 October) R760 per night for the house
Low Season (rest of the year) R560 per night for the house (minimum 3 nights)
Notes:
The house sleeps a maximum of 6 people.
Please note that your deposit will be forfeited in the event of more than 6 persons occupying the house.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

50% deposit secures booking.
Balance + plus breakage / key deposit (R750) payable 10 days prior to arrival.
The breakage deposit will be refunded within 10 days after your departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Less than 30 days before arrival - full payment is forfeited.
Between 30 to 60 days - 50% of payment is forfeited.
Before 60 days - full deposit refund less R200.00 admin fee.
No refunds for early departures, late arrivals.
