Caisa Villa in Pennington has three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. All the bedrooms are furnished with a King-size bed and the bathrooms are either fitted with a shower or a bath and a shower. Linen is provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.

The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the scullery. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with DStv. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

This living area opens onto an indoor spa room with a Jacuzzi, relaxing chairs and a dining table. This area leads onto a wooden deck with a swimming pool and braai facilities.

During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup invertor as well as a JoJo tank. Secure parking is also available for guests vehicles with 24-hour security on the property.
