The unit features multiple comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious open-plan living and dining area that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for families and groups to enjoy together. Thoughtfully designed for relaxed coastal living, the home offers plenty of space to unwind, whether you’re starting your day with a quiet morning coffee, sharing meals around the dining table, or spending quality time with loved ones in the comfortable lounge area.

Accommodating 6 to 8 guests comfortably, with the option to host up to 12 guests, the property is ideal for family holidays, group getaways, or extended stays. Guests can make full use of the self-catering kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with ease, while the outdoor entertainment area and private pool provide the ideal setting for relaxing afternoons and warm summer evenings. Additional conveniences such as backup water ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay, while the home is always clean, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel truly at home.

Features & Facilities

Security consists of armed reaction by Wolf Security, full sensors inside the house and the latest RX beams outside the house. Burglar Bars are fitted to the windows and the double garage is automated.

The house has two entrances, at the main entrance there is a double automated garage for secure parking and the second entrance at the back of the property allows for ample off road gated parking for guests and a single garage plus a lock up carport.

There is free internet available via a wireless router and broadband 2 Telkom ADSL line. The connection is limited to 10GB of blended data per month so it not meant for excessive downloading.
