About Summer Dreams

We offer stylish holiday accommodation in Ramsgate in our large beach house Summer Dreams situated on the South Coast.

The house is about 700m from Ski Boat Beach, 500m from the sea-front (which is Shirley's Point on the Ramsgate Marine Ramble walk along the beach front) and about 800m from the Southbroom beach. Both Ramsgate and Southbroom are blue flag beaches and the house is well positioned between these two world class blue flag beaches.

The double storey house has a superb elevated sea view vista from where whales and dolphins are frequently spotted. The house is modern and has attractive features geared for care-free holiday living.

Self Catering Accommodation

This Ramsgate holiday home sleeps 14 comfortably in 7 bedrooms. The master bedroom upstairs is en-suite and furnished with a king-size XL bed, and two downstairs rooms with queen-size beds, the other beds are single. The bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans for the warm summer evenings.

The living room has panoramic sea view. High definition full premium bouquet TV with the latest Explorer decoder and 50 inch flat screen makes ideal for watching sport or movies. A second lounge downstairs opens onto a grassed garden for the children to play and large private swimming pool to relax and cool off after a day on the beach.

Please bring beach towels, black bags, toilet paper and dish washing liquid. A minimal amount of these items is supplied. All bed linen is provided.

Features & Facilities

Security consists of armed reaction by Wolf Security, full sensors inside the house and the latest RX beams outside the house. Burglar Bars are fitted to the windows and the double garage is automated.

The house has two entrances, at the main entrance there is a double automated garage for secure parking and the second entrance at the back of the property allows for ample off road gated parking for guests and a single garage plus a lock up carport.

There is free internet available via a wireless router and broadband 2 Telkom ADSL line. The connection is limited to 10GB of blended data per month so it not meant for excessive downloading.
