Africanos Inn Bar, Grill & Barn is the only three star graded Hotel situated in the Sundays River Valley in the Eastern Cape, South Africa near the village of Addo, a totally malaria free area. The world renowned Addo Elephant National Park is 10 and the Port Elizabeth Airport 45 minutes drive away.ACCOMMODATIONAfricanos Inn offers upmarket accommodation in 10 tastefully furnished luxury chalets each with en suite bathrooms and lounge areas. Each Chalet has absolute privacy. Each Chalet is equipped with a minibar and complimentary tea and coffee facilities. There are two family chalets each sleeping four persons. The other eight chalets sleep 2 to 3 persons each and all have double and single beds. One wheelchair friendly chalet is also available. There is secure undercover parking at all our Chalets. Africanos Inn Guests are welcome to use the sparkling pool. WEDDINGS & CONFERENCESFor that special out of town wedding our venue has a 150 seat on site chapel and our barn type theatre can seat up to 250 people for a fantastic reception. Our Conference Facilities are ideally suited for corporate functions, product launches and team building events. THE BAROur Bar is fully licensed with the latest state of the art Satellite television equipment. All major sporting events can be viewed live in our bar. The friendly and cosy atmosphere is the ideal opportunity for guests to mingle with locals and experience real South African hospitality. DININGOur Grill offers a full A La Carté and Thai Menu and is known for "the best food in the Sundays River Valley". The Restaurant can seat 50 persons and a further 70 persons can be accommodated in the open Court yard. The Restaurant is open from 12:00 to 15:00 and from 18:00 to 21:30 six days a week. On Sundays the restaurant is open from 18:00 to 21:30. ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIESThere are various scenic drives in the Addo area and four popular outings are day trips to one of the many citrus farms in the area or the Zuurberg Mountain Pass as well as a trip to the famous Daniels cheetah breeding farm where you can cuddle and take photos of the cheetahs, or a short drive from us you will find the lion and crocodile ranch. There is a Golf Course as well as tennis courts nearby which can be utilised upon request. Day and night trips can be made to Addo Elephant National Park.
