About Zuurberg Mountain Village

Zuurberg Mountain Village is a 150 year old hotel just an hours drive outside of Port Elizabeth with breath taking views overlooking the Addo Elephant National Park. The Hotel in Addo offers comfortable accommodation, traditional country meals and friendly staff. There are a variety of interesting activities and things to do within easy reach of the hotel.

Accommodation

Zuurberg Mountain Village comprises of spacious family Manor Room and Village Rooms.

The family Manor Room can sleep two adults in a full en-suite twin or double room and two small children on a sleeper couch in the interleading living room. In addition to the full en-suite bathroom, this rooms also features a private patio with views of the Zuurberg mountain range and is conveniently located near the lounge, dining areas and the swimming pool. The Manor Room will encourage you to break free from your busy routine and soak up the beautiful surroundings.

The Village Rooms, each with their own private patio, are arranged so that one can enjoy both the spectacular mountains and valley views. Each room can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a cot or on an additional single bed on request. The Village Rooms features black wood floors, climate control, under-floor heating in the bathroom, a freestanding bath and an indoor and outdoor hot and cold shower.

Additional Facilities

There is a guest lounge with a stone fireplace where Aperitifs can be enjoyed around a log fire on cool winter evenings. Hotel Leisure Facilities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, kiddie's playground area, pool table, game drives, hiking trails, bird watching and horse trails.

Breakfast & Dining

Guests can be expected to enjoy a leisurely country breakfast and during the day the Terrace menu is available for light snacks. Zuurberg Mountain Village offers a Classic 5 course Carvery or Table d'hôte. The Zuurberg Mountain Villages Traditional Sunday Carvery is legendary.
