In 1995 the owner saw the need for reliable
transport specifically in the tourism sector and hence Western Cape Coaches was founded.
Western Cape Coaches was formed on sound business principles. Reliability, honesty and
affordability are the principles which led to the enormous growth of the business.
The owner’s motto amounts to the expression: “If everyone has to work, one might
as well make it enjoyable for each other.” His enthusiasm is infectious and spreads
throughout the team at Western Cape Coaches.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to continuously give our existing clients the excellent service they have
become accustomed to, as well as constantly expanding our client base.
Workshop:
We pride ourselves on our fully equipped workshop on our premises. Although most of our
coaches are brand new and therefore under guarantee, safety checks are still done
frequently before each departure.
Maintenance services are done regularly. Even the interior of each coach is a priority for
the workshop in making sure that every broken seat, loose nuts & bolts are restored
and repaired to its original condition. For peace of mind to our customers, our guarantee
lies in a trustworthy and reliable backup support system we have across South Africa in
the event of a breakdown.
Safety:
Together with our insurance company, we offer all of our passengers a comprehensive
Passenger Liability Insurance Cover. On our bigger luxury coaches a R100 million per coach
and on our smaller luxury coaches R50 million per coach, within the boundaries of South
Africa, Namibia, Swaziland, Botswana and Mozambique.
