radio/tape/cd. We also offer a full range of camping gear for the adventurous traveler.

Conditions of Rental:
» Drivers, Renters must be in possession of a valid unendorsed driver's
license, passport or ID. The minimum age is 23 years.
» Minimum rate to charge is 24 hours. Rates are calculated from time of
pickup to time of drop-off. Deliveries and collections are available at minimum charge
» Insurance excludes tyres, headlamp/window breakage, sandblasts and
loss of personal property.
» In the event of accident damage or theft caused to the vehicle whilst
being driven by a driver not specified in the rental agreement, the renter will be
responsible for the full value of damage of loss.
» All vehicles are hired subject to our Standard Rental Agreement Terms
and Conditions.
» The Lessor reserves the right of substituting the booked vehicle if it
is not available.
» Extensions of rental period must be arranged with us no later than two
(2) days prior to the original agreed date of termination.
» An excess deposit is payable in advance on all rentals to cover any
damage to the vehicle. Should Collision Damage or Theft waiver not be accepted, a further
additional cash deposit is required.
» An additional collision damage waiver can be obtained if the rental
period exceeds seven (7) days.
» In case of an accident where the renter is liable, the renter will be
responsible for tow-in costs of the vehicle.
» No vehicle may be taken across the Namibian border without prior
approval.
» Monthly and one-way rentals are available upon request only.
» Fuel is not included in the standard rates.
» All vehicles are equipped with two spare tyres, a water and a petrol
canister.
» Camping equipment can be included in your rental at an additional cost
and should be requested in advance.
» African Tracks is not liable for death, injuries, personal damages
and/or loss of personal property.
» Master and Visa Cards accepted.
