What a wonderful waterhole to have at the bottom of the garden! Elephant, buffalo, hippos and many antelope are just a few of the frequent visitors there. Guests sitting on the verandah sipping sundowners or lazing around the pool have wonderful sightings of these fascinating animals. Fine food and wines are served on the deck under candlelight and the whole atmosphere is one of casual elegance and great comfort and tranquility. Buhala is a marvelous place also, from which to explore the magical bushveld, which gives you the realization of true Africa. DIRECTIONS: Travelling on the N4 highway you would go through Nelspruit come to a village called Malelane: From the Malelane village you continue on the N4 for another 12kms after which on the left you will see our large white gate posts clearly marked Buhala Country House, Buhala Game Lodge and Kenworthy Estate. Turn left through the gates, cross the railway line with care, continue for 2,4 kms and you will arrive at Buhala Game Lodge which has a common gate with the farm house. At this point you take the right hand fork to Buhala and not the straight ahead road to the farm house. (You do not turn off the N4 until you see our large white gate posts on the left.)
