We will meet you at your hotel or accommodation. Our full day tour normally commences at the V&A Waterfront. We do a short drive through explaining the history and what the V&A has to offer in the way of retail outlets, restaurants, etc then it’s past the Grand Beach Café, along Beach Road, past Somerset Hospital and our stadium to Mouille Point, 3 Anchor Bay, Sea Point, stopping at Saunders Rocks.
Then through Bantry Bay to Camps Bay, our second stop at Maidens Cove for some pictures. Along the Atlantic Sea over to Hout Bay, through the harbour to look at the seals (possible boat trip to Seal Island). Up and over Chapmans Peak Drive. Stop at the lookout point. We will continue through Noordhoek to Kommetjie.
We drive past Slangkop Lighthouse to Misty Cliffs, Scarborough and on to the Cape Of Good Hope Reserve. A possible visit to the Ostrich Farm. We will decide at this point to drive into the reserve to visit the lighthouses, or continue.
Next up is Boulders Beach and a visit to the penguins, then its Simon's Town, with False Bay next to us we pass through Fish Hoek until we get to the little fishing village of Kalk Bay and head up Boyes Drive. A visit to the Shark Spotters and its past Pollsmoor Prison into the Constantia Vineyards.
We take the Hout Bay road to the top of Constantia Nek, then onto Rhodes Drive, past Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, onto the M3, past the University of Cape Town, passing Groote Schuur Hospital, down Nelson Mandela Boulevard passing the City and returning you to your accommodation.
Depending on time of the day we depart, full of half day tours, we could also do this trip anti clockwise, stopping in Camps Bay for a sundowner at the end of the day. This tour gives you a good idea of the Peninsula, Table Mountain, beautiful sea views, some animals with a bit of history and culture.
