Namaqualand Flower Tour is a 4 day / 3 night package tour by Jamela Africa Safaris

Day 1: Cape Town to Lamberts Bay
Leave Cape Town and drive to Blaauwbergstrand for first photostop. Take the road to Darling en then to Yzerfontein for a seaboard drive along Schaapen Island Nature Garden. Picnic Lunch on the rocks overlooking Dassen Island. The road now takes us to West Coast National Park where we visit Postberg Nature Reserve for wildflowers and Game Viewing (Springbok, Bontebok, Eland and other entelope). We drive along the Langebaan Lagoon to the town centre and leave for Velddrif where we visit the Rocher Pan Nature Reserve. We then head for Lamberts Bay for overnight. The last part of the drive "off the beaten track". Dinner will be at an excellent Seafood Restaurant.

Day 2: Lamberts Bay to Springbok
After visiting Bird Island, we leave Lamberts Bay and drive to Bitterfontein and Garies. Again lunch will be a picnic lunch on the way. In Kamieskroon we visit the Skilpad Wild Flower Reserve. We then drive to Springbok for overnight.

Day 3: Springbok to Clanwilliam
After breakfast we visit the Goegap Nature Reserve outside Springbok. We take the road back to Cape Town for overnight in Clanwilliam. Picnic Lunch will be in the Gifberg Nature Reserve outside Vanrhynsdorp. After lunch we drive via the Pakhuis Pass to the Biedouwvalley for flower viewing and then to the oldest Rhenish Missionary Station of Wupperthal. Late afternoon return to Clanwilliam.

Day 4: Springbok to Cape Town
In Clanwilliam we visit the "Veldskoen Factory" and then drive to the Ramskop Nature Garden. At a local store we buy "Rooibostee" whereafter we proceed to Citrusdal and buy "Outspan" Oranges. Next stop is Piketberg at Winkelshoek Winecellars for tasting and lunch. After lunch we return to Cape Town via Malmesbury. Drop off at 17h00 - 18h00.
