This 6-day itinerary starting and ending in Johannesburg, includes 2 nights at Country Lodges in Mpumalanga, the scenic Panorama route, 2 nights in the Kruger Park and a night at a Private Game Lodge. As all our itineraries are tailor-made, this tour can be extended to include the Garden Route and/or Cape Town. This tour can be arranged as a "self-drive" or "guided" itinerary.

Day 1: Johannesburg International Airport to Dullstroom or Blyde River Canyon, Mpumalanga Province
Arrive Johannesburg International Airport. Meet & greet by the AfriXplorer representative. Depart per guide or rented vehicle to Dullstroom - a quaint little fly-fishing village in the Mpumalanga Province. Spend the night at a luxury Guest House/Country Lodge
Overnight: B&B accommodation
Day 2: Dullstroom to Hazyview
Continue your tour to Hazyview via the Blyde River Canyon, Graskop, Pilgrim's Rest and down Kowyn's Pass. Visiting the historical gold mining village of Pilgrim’s Rest you can relive a little of the colorful history of the village. Spend the night at a Country Lodge in Hazyview.
Overnight: B&B or self-catering accommodation.
Day 3: Hazyview/Kruger Park to Kruger Park
Enter the Kruger Park where you spend two nights at one of the southern camps. Spend the rest of the day doing "self-drive" or "guided" game viewing.
Overnight: Self-catering or D,B&B
Day 4: Kruger Park
Spend another day in the Kruger Park or adjoining Private Game Reserve
Overnight: Self-catering or D,B&B accommodation
Overnight: Kruger Park
Day 5: Kruger Park to Private Game Lodge
Leaving the Kruger Park check-in at a luxury Lodge in one of the adjoining Private Game Reserves.
Overnight: Full-board accommodation inclusive of all game drives
Day 6: Private Game Reserve to Johannesburg International Airport
Leaving after the early-morning game drive and breakfast, return to the Johannesburg International Airport via Sabie and the Long Tom Pass
