Day 1: East London to Mthatha
Leave East London for the Wild Coast to arrive at Hole in the Wall and Coffee Bay. Overnight at “Bulungula Lodge” situated right on the beach
Overnight: Bulungula Lodge
Day 2: Mthatha
Explore the pristine beaches and marine life with the locals pulling in their nets of their daily catches. Enjoy traditional Xhosa cuisine. Overnight in Eco-friendly thatched lodge situated right on the beach.
Overnight: Bulungula Loge
Day 3: Mthatha to East London
Awaken to the sun peering through your windows with the sound of the surf and gulls heightening the awaking dawn. Swimming in the warm Indian ocean, beach hikes, collecting middens of yesteryear from the original “Strandloopers” that roamed this coast hundreds of years ago. Our daily meals will be of traditional Xhosa cooking as well as involving ourselves in their day to day life exploring caves with mountain hikes overlooking the vast Indian ocean.
