Depart for Mandela Museum in Mthatha and see Nelson Mandela's story and life in various visuals and artifacts. Visit Quno his current home where he resides with his wife Graca, previous first lady of Mozambique. Visit the outdoor museum to a pilgrimage to Mvezo plus his original home. Return to East London via the Jikeleza Route overnight in four star safari style lodge.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1: East London to Jikeleza Route
Depart East London for 3 hour drive through rural homeland of the Xhosa nation. Passing historical villages and towns. Spend up to 3 hours of immense interest in the Mandela Museum in Mthatha, viewing his ‘Long Walk to Freedom’ with added artifacts and visuals. On the way home we will do a pilgrimage to his place of birth, Mvezo where one will view the remains of his original home and outdoor museum.

From here we will arrive at his current home where he resides with his wife, former first lady Graca, of Mozambique. We will return to East London via Jikeleza route and overnight in four star safari style lodge.
