Day 1: Plettenberg Bay to Addo Elephant Back Safaris
Take a 1-hour flight from Plettenberg Bay to Addo Elephant Back Safaris where you will be introduced to our elephants to experience the thrill of riding these magnificent beasts, after which you are able to walk with them through the valley bushveld, ravines and forest unique to this part of the Eastern Cape. The walk allows you to interact with and observe the elephants' behaviour in their natural habitat and watch them swim and frolic in the mud at their favourite waterhole.

In the afternoon we transfer you to Camp Fig Tree - situated in the Zuurberg mountains just 16 km from Addo Elephant Back Safaris, this lodge has got to have the best views in Africa. Here you have a chance to relax and experience a game drive, returning to camp after the drive to enjoy the evening sunset and an African boma dinner.

Day 2: Addo Elephant Back Safaris to Shamwari Game Reserve
The next morning after breakfast we take you to Shamwari Game Reserve to spend one night and to experience the best Big Five game viewing the area has to offer.

Day 3: Shamwari Game Reserve to Addo Elephant National Park
The next night is spent at Gorah Elephant Camp set in a private concession in Addo Elephant National Park renowned for the best close-up elephant sightings in Africa

Day 4: Addo Elephant National Park to Plettenberg Bay
After a leisurely breakfast we fly you back to Plettenberg Bay.
