Die eerste "fun run" in Afrikaans - Kom skop stof op in jou taal.

Kies jou woord PAMPERLANG of SMULVRAAT en kom hardloop saam! Na die resies kan jy heerlik onder die bome ontspan met 'n middagete. Baie vir die jongspul om te doen.

Jy kan ook spesiale afslagkaartjies @ R50 koop vir Die Heuwels Fantasties se optrede die aand by Neethlingshof.

12km “vastrap” - 'n uitdagende roete wat vir die wat wil wys wat in hul steek. 6km “japtrap”- 'n rustige draffie deur die wingerde en is geskik vir die hele familie.
