This is a moderately challenging out and back course through the beautiful Brandwacht Valley outside Worcester. Most of the race is run past stunning mountain scenery on the tarred roads on the outskirts of town with the last eight kilometres being all downhill to the finish.

The first five men and woman of the 30km race win gold medals, the next 30 finishers win silver medals and the other runners are awarded bronze.



Pre entries are available up to a week before the race or enter at the start from 5.30am. Walkers and wheelchair athletes are welcome.
