This is a community based festival in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town that promotes all aspects of a healthy, holistic lifestyle. The focus will be on all things natural, organic, eco-friendly and healthy.
The days schedule is jam packed with interesting speakers and demonstrations of thai-chi, drumming, biodanza and much more.
This weekend is an event for all members of the family to enjoy, browse the stalls and enjoy the atmosphere there is something for everyone!
