The kykNet Backsberg Picnic Concert series is just that. The series runs in two parts this year, the 1st Series will be featuring a different musician every Sunday from the 4th December – 18th December and the 2nd Series from 22nd January - 19th February.
The line up includes a variety of famed South African artists, with something to satisfy everyone including Francois van Coke, Koos Kombuis and Dan Patlansky. Also this year each performer will be bringing along an up and coming South African artist to open the gig.
Picnics and wine will be on sale at the estate, but feel free to bring your own picnic along. Admission starts at 15h00 with the opening act set will start at 16h00. Tickets are R85 pre-booked (available through Computicket) or R100.00 at the gate. Children under 12 get in for free.
