It is once again time for one of the premier sporting events in South Africa. Take part in the following three sporting diciplines swimming (600m), cycling (20km) and running (5km). The event also takes place in Potchefstroom, Germiston and Roodeplaat.

Get your children involved and have them entre the kiddies race sections where the distances are shorter than the senior division. Participants in both the kids (up to age 15) and senior divisions can came As participants in either the kids section (up to the age of 15) or senior division can compete either as individuals or in teams, so there is something for every athlete!
