Hansa Powerade Dusi Canoe Marathon
The Hansa Powerade Dusi Caneo Marathon starts in Pietermaritzburg on 21 January and finishes in Durban on 23 January.
The Dusi Canoe Marathon is a canoe race between Durban and Pietermaritzburg. The Dusi is run along the Msunduzi River (more commonly referred to as the Dusi / or Duzi river. The race is currently held over a period of three days, with each day having a defined beginning and end. The 2007 race attracted +/- 2000 paddlers.
