York Mews 14 is a lovely two bedroom self catering apartment, located within the trendy hub of cosmopolitan Green Point, walking distance to shops, restaurants, entertainment and the V&A Waterfront. This spacious apartment has an open patio on the top floor and is front facing. The unit sleeps four guests in two bedrooms. There is one renovated bathroom - shower only (including towels and linen). The apartment is fully furnished and contains a fully equipped open plan kitchen that boasts a coffee machine, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is a dining table, lounge with large LCD TV (DStv) and mini Hi Fi / CD player. We offer excellent security and safe basement parking, free Wi-Fi internet, a safe as well as complimentary coffee, tea and amenities for the first night.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
