How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelled up to 61 days before arrival, the deposit is fully refundable.
If cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
If cancelled 7 to 0 days before arrival, or do not show up, 100% of the deposit will be retained.
