The Sable Cottage overlooks the Greenbelt and is perfectly suited for birdwatchers as it offers a magical view of the bushveld and is situated in front of the Wild Dog Inn wildlife waterhole. The Cottage can comfortably accommodate two adults as it is made up with a King size bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy sundowners on the cottage veranda while searching for game approaching the waterhole. The veranda's outside built in braai area allows guests to enjoy their relaxing bushveld braai / BBQ.

One of the bedrooms includes a double bed sleeper couch suitable for a child under 12 years. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi access is also provided. The living space leads out onto the patio with an outside dining area overlooking directly onto the greenbelt. There is also a private boma area with a fire pit and stainless steel braai. Safe and secure parking is provided under the double carport.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
