The residence comprises three tastefully furnished bedrooms, complemented by natural finishes and a cohesive open-plan living area. Upstairs, the main bedroom is fitted with an extra-length king bed and a spacious en-suite bathroom, offering sweeping views of the sea and mountains. The second bedroom, also equipped with a king bed, faces the ocean, while the third bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, looks out towards the striking slopes of Chapman's Peak. A second bathroom serves the additional rooms.

A dedicated home office provides a well-appointed workspace, featuring a height-adjustable desk, large external monitor, printer, high-speed fibre WiFi, air conditioning and underfloor heating, with an elevated outlook that supports focused work.

The central living area is arranged in an open-plan format, allowing cooking, dining and relaxation to flow naturally. The kitchen is fitted with premium appliances, including an airfryer and plate warmer, and is centred around a generous T-shaped island that encourages social interaction. The adjoining lounge includes both a wood-burning fireplace and an automated gas fireplace, along with comfortable seating and deep window benches.

Sliding doors open onto a covered veranda that wraps around the home, extending the living space outdoors. This area includes a sheltered dining section with a ceiling fan for warmer days, as well as several seating areas positioned for relaxation throughout the day.

On the northern side, a thoughtfully furnished outdoor lounge overlooks the natural pool and surrounding planting, with mountain views in the distance. This space is particularly appealing in the evening, as the light softens across the landscape.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
