Quality linen and bath towels are provided for guests’ convenience, though beach towels should be brought along.; ; The apartment’s kitchen is fully equipped to meet self-catering needs, offering a stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge-freezer, along with essential cutlery and crockery. Additional conveniences include a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a breakfast bar with stools. The open-plan lounge and dining area offers a comfortable space for guests to unwind or enjoy shared meals and features a television for entertainment.; ; Large sliding doors open from the living area onto a spacious balcony furnished with outdoor seating, providing the perfect setting to take in the uninterrupted sea views.       Conditions

      The reservation agreement that will be sent to the client after the deposit is paid must be filled out and sent back before arrival. No keys will be released without the necessary documentation being returned.
      The breakage deposit needs to be paid 2 weeks prior to guests arrival and will be refunded within 14 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.
      If the property is damaged, whether intentionally or unintentionally, through negligence or not, by yourself or anyone else, you agree to pay for the damages if they exceed the amount held in the breakage deposit.
      If you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is on you to inform our offices immediately.
      The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account you nominate.

      Please ensure that the full balance outstanding is reflected in our bank account 7 days prior to arrival.
      Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.
      No smoking is allowed inside any of the units, flats, or houses; should you smoke in the house, you will lose your breakage deposit in full.
      Don’t forget to bring the following:
      Towels for swimming and bathing
      DStv decoder, including remote and card
      During your stay, you will need to bring your own cleaning supplies and toilet paper.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
