This comfortable studio apartment has two single beds, a couch and a TV with satellite and wireless internet. There is a full size en-suite bathroom (bath tub, shower, hand basins and WC). All linen and bedding will be supplied for the duration of the stay. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove top, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and everything required for your stay. The unit has a work desk, making this ideal for those who need to catch up on a bit of work and a door that opens to a little private outside area. The studio shares the property with the main house but has no shared facilities. Airport transfers are available on request. There is secure parking on the street right outside the entrance to the property.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
