Wessels House in Green Point is within walking distance of Cape Town Central, the CTICC and the V&A Waterfront. The house sleeps eight guests comfortably in four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and one has twin beds. The lounge has two comfortable couches, a fireplace and Satellite TV. There is also wireless internet. There is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and everything required for an easy self catering stay. Outside is a patio with outside furniture where you can relax and look out over the garden. The garden has a swimming pool and sun loungers for your enjoyment. There is secure parking on site for your vehicles in a double garage.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
