About Weederdooper Homestead

The original bushveld Weederdooper homestead is one of the highlights of the unique Mmabolela experience. Situated at Mmabolela Estates in Limpopo this rustic farmhouse is spacious and surrounded by the tranquility and seclusion of Africa.

Self Catering Accommodation

Weederdooper can accommodate a total of fourteen guests and is made up of the main house and two cottages. The farmhouse has a combined lounge-dining room, three bedrooms (one double and two singles), a shared bathroom fitted with a shower and there is a separate toilet.

One cottage has two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed, each with en-suite shower. The back cottage also has two bedrooms, one master bedroom (en suite) with a king bed and an adjacent twin bedroom with its own bathroom.

The homestead is looked after by friendly staff who clean daily and assist in the kitchen. The well equipped kitchen include two gas stoves, three fridges and a freezer.

Weederdooper homestead with its large veranda overlooks a waterhole frequented by game throughout the day. There are braai facilities in the front garden.

During the day, self-drives through Mmabolela are just as thrilling as evening game drives. Drive across arid landscapes and alongside the great grey-green greasy waters of the Limpopo River. To ensure the brittle arid environment is not damaged stay on your track - not off road!
