Voorschoten is located Langebaan on the main beach and is part of the famous and popular “Smartie Town”. Being on the beach and walking distance from Langebaan central, this house is ideally located for beach loving guests.

Voorschoten is a self catering holiday home with three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a bath.
This kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a dishwasher and washing machine. The living area is comfortably furnished and has a TV with satellite channels. This are leads onto a balcony with a built in braai.

The Area
The picturesque modern town borders the salt water Lagoon which is an internationally acclaimed Ramsar Site for its importance as a wetland. The large, shallow marine lagoon, includes islands, reedbeds, sand flats, saltmarshes and dwarf shrubland. The lagoon is an important nursery area for a number of fish species and supports a diverse and ecologically important algal and shoreline biota.

The owner or manager does not accept any liability or legal responsibility whatsoever for any damage, loss or injuries incurred as a result of utilising the facilities or any other injuries or damages guests or visitors may suffer at this Holiday Home or on the property.
Smoking is prohibited.
Pets are prohibited in the Holiday Home, except by special arrangements for guide dogs for the visually handicapped.
Items are not to be removed from the house. The towels provided are not to be used on the beach. Guests need to provide their own beach towels.
The key- and breakage deposit is normally refunded within 10 business days after departure.
