The Simplex is suitable for two adults and two young children. The compact bedroom has an extra-length double bed, with a shower, basin and toilet in the adjacent room. The open-plan kitchen has a double door fridge, a 3-plate stove and oven and a microwave oven. The lounge has two day-beds and leads out onto a timber patio. The garden table and chairs are shaded by a huge Jacaranda tree. Uninterrupted views of False Bay and surrounding mountain ranges are visible from every area of this apartment. In addition, the unit offers Wi-Fi, air-conditioning on request, and TV with DStv. The entrance to the apartment is via a gate. The barbecue area is in the small garden under the Jacaranda tree. Maximum security is provided for guests and their vehicles.

The 490 sqm Villa is situated seven meters from the beach where conditions for swimming and sunbathing are perfect. The villa offers three en-suite bedrooms with either sea or mountain views. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and the second bedroom is also furnished with a King-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is a divan / day bed in the living area suitable for a seventh guest. The patio, lounge, dining room, the gourmet kitchen and the separate scullery / laundry have uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Enjoy a cocktail on the patio whilst watching the last rays of the setting sun behind Table Mountain.
