Villa Sunset Beach is situated seven meters from a swimmer-friendly, child-friendly cove with, due to the shallow bay, warmer water than the surrounding beaches. The two smaller apartments (duplex and simplex) share the same proximity from the beach. Only fifty minute drive from Cape Town, the Villa is well situated for exploring the Western Cape and surrounds.
Accommodation
Accommodation at Villa Sunset Beach comprises 3 tastefully decorated apartments. These units can accommodate 3 to 7 persons, and consist of either 1 or 3 bedrooms with en-suite showers.
Each apartment features a well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette; a lounge area, and a private patio with lovely uninterrupted views of False Bay with Table Mountain in the distance, and numerous breathtaking mountain ranges. Additional Facilities
All areas are child friendly. The simplex apartment is, ‘house trained, well behaved small doggy' friendly. We have wi-fi and hospitality DStv in all areas. Air-conditioning on request is available in the duplex and simplex. The Villa has fans in every room.
Safe off-road parking in front of the Villa. In addition, the units offer Wi-Fi Internet access, air-conditioning in the Duplex and Simplex apartments, and TVs with selected DStv channels. Parking is available in front of each unit. The establishment's units share a 24-hour security service, as well as surveillance cameras.
Location & Experiences
A walking trail, under a canopy of ancient Milkwood trees, hugs the water's edge and brings you to the Village centre, where you can enjoy good food in the many restaurants. Curio shops and a unique second hand bookshop fascinate our visitors.
Walking (a mere three minute walk) in the opposite direction from our entrance brings you to the yacht harbour with good restaurants, daily excursions of deep-sea fishing, whale and shark watching (seasonable) and sunset cruises.

The Villa
The 490 sqm Villa is situated seven meters from the beach where conditions for swimming and sunbathing are perfect. The villa offers three en-suite bedrooms with either sea or mountain views. The main bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and the second bedroom is also furnished with a King-size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. There is a divan / day bed in the living area suitable for a seventh guest. The patio, lounge, dining room, the gourmet kitchen and the separate scullery / laundry have uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Enjoy a cocktail on the patio whilst watching the last rays of the setting sun behind Table Mountain.

Simplex
The Simplex is suitable for two adults and two young children. The compact bedroom has an extra-length double bed, with a shower, basin and toilet in the adjacent room. The open-plan kitchen has a double door fridge, a 3-plate stove and oven and a microwave oven. The lounge has two day-beds and leads out onto a timber patio. The garden table and chairs are shaded by a huge Jacaranda tree. Uninterrupted views of False Bay and surrounding mountain ranges are visible from every area of this apartment. In addition, the unit offers Wi-Fi, air-conditioning on request, and TV with DStv. The entrance to the apartment is via a gate. The barbecue area is in the small garden under the Jacaranda tree. Maximum security is provided for guests and their vehicles.
