Upstairs At Boardwalk is an apartment in Wilderness sleeping four guests. There are two bedrooms each furnished with a King-size bed. The main bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. The second bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit has its own private entrance, a comfortable lounge area with a wood fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen that allows for basic catering. The large wooden deck allows for late afternoon sundowners and snacks or a barbeque on the Weber gas braai into the night should it please you – order one of our Cheese and Wine Platters to enjoy while watching the beautiful sunset! You are also most welcome to use the BBQ facility at the pool area – order one of our Barbecue Packs to enjoy while relaxing beside the swimming pool!

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
