We can't wait to come back! We were supposed to come to Rivendell last April, but our holiday was repeatedly postponed due to Covid....100% worth the wait! This secret hide away is paradise for the whole family: exquisitely and creatively decorated, best outdoor braai area, and exactly what the photos show, except it's just better in real life! So many personal touches and surprises too! Thank you Jules!

We really enjoyed our stay at Underhill Farm in Hobbit Hollow cottage. Peaceful and secluded, under the trees with a river and river pool to ourselves. Although the cottage is small there are plenty outdoor areas to spread out into, which our dog also loved. The cottage had everything we needed and Julian the owner was friendly and extremely informative about the area - current and past! I highly recommend this getaway if you need to relax away from everything. The hike Julian took us on up into the mountains and to the rock pools was a high point of our trip. Definitely returning.
