Umvumvu 29 is a self-catering holiday home in Ballito sleeping eight guests. The main bedroom furnished with a King-size bed, walk-in dressing room and full en-suite bathroom offers superb views over the estate and natural tree line. There are an additional three spacious bedrooms all furnished with Queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. There is also a PJ lounge area for children's gaming - will keep the children busy long after you have gone to bed! An indoor games room and cinema lounge ensure that the kids and family are kept entertained while enjoying a draught beer on tap with friends. (tap included, keg to be arranged). Office area can be used for work from home parents that need to bring their work along with them. The house exudes character throughout the open plan living area which includes a modern kitchen, dining room, formal lounge with stack doors onto the exquisite outdoor entertainment area and private, rim flow pool. A built-in bar area as well as a firepit and seating area finish the outdoor garden off perfectly.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
