Ukanyi Luxury Villa offers full board accommodation overlooking an inviting private swimming pool and surroundings. Air-conditioned for comfort, the rooms are furnished with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms fitted with freestanding baths and walk-in showers, opening onto patios with outdoor seating and enjoying the views. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a 6-seater dining table and a lounge area with comfortable seating and a TV and free Wi-Fi is available. The living area opens to a covered patio with outdoor seating and a wooden deck with sun loungers. A walkway leads guests to a boma under the trees for an evening under the stars. The villa is exclusive use, children of all ages are welcome – and you will have a dedicated team assigned to you during your stay. You can also arrange to have spa treatments in the privacy of the villa, just sit back relax and take it all in… in fact you may never want to leave!

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
