Tuscany By The Sea is a lovely stylish house in Port Edward. We have 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total which are all serviced by a central foyer, we are ideal for a large groups and families of up to 14 Guests. The first section has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a little kitchenette. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second room has two small single beds. The second section of the house has two bedrooms with Queen-size beds and one bathroom with a bath only. The third section has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first room has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third rooms each have a Queen-size bed and share the other bathroom.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.
