Pertinent Policies

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome. Minimum age for game drives is age 6. Self Catered group bookings, any age can go on game drives.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
More than 90 days notice, no cancellation fees, any deposit fully refundable.
60 to 90 days notice: 20% cancelation fee, balance refundable.
30 to 60 days notice: 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days: 90% cancellation fee.
These cancellation terms are subject to our replacement booking policy so if the booking
is replaced or passed on to other persons you will be refunded less a 20% handling fee.
