Experience
Goxhill boasts the largest lake in the Underberg area. The Polela River which runs through the lake provides a natural breeding environment for trout. Experience farm life. Take a tour of our working dairy where 1500 cows are milked daily. Goxhill is a bird watcher's paradise. Flocks of crowned crane are often seen and it is also common to see fish eagle swooping down. Cycling trails are to be found close by and on the farm, taking you through the beautiful farm lands alongside to the Umzimkulu and Polela Rivers. There are many hiking trails on our doorstep. For the energetic walkers, day walks can be arranged in the mountains, either with or without a guide.
