Treelands Estate is a romantic, upmarket, self-catering, five unit establishment set in the most beautiful garden in Dullstroom.
This Dullstroom accommodation is suited for couples, families and larger groups looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. You can park your car and walk to town to experience a culinary festival or get on your bike and explore the old world charm of Dullstroom.
Self Catering Accommodation
All the units feature king size beds (which can be converted to twin beds), a fireplace / braai, safe, flat screen TV's with DStv, free uncapped Wi-Fi, fully kitted kitchen or kitchenette and dining area.
One Bedroom Unit:
This unit offers a bedroom with king-size bed and bunk-bed with en-suite bathroom. There is an open plan lounge / kitchen / dining room with a four seater dining table, digital laptop safe, fireplace, large fridge, microwave and a four-plate gas stove and oven. The kitchen leads onto a private covered patio with a built in braai. The covered patio is also suitable for undercover parking.
Three Bedroom Unit:
This unit offers two king rooms with main en-suite (bath and shower) and one room with two sets of bunk beds and separate shower / toilet. The main and second bedrooms both have televisions. The unit has a large open plan lounge and a fully-equipped kitchen. This unit can accommodate eight guests. A large farm-style kitchen and lounge leads to a 10-seater dining room with built in braai / fireplace. Folding sliding doors open up onto a fire pit lapa area great for outside entertainment. This unit serves as an ideal base for communal entertainment when booked in conjunction with the other units.
Bachelor Unit With Patio:
This private unit offers a king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The open plan design incorporates a lounge / kitchenette with flat screen TV, microwave, bar fridge and two plate stove. The bedroom leads onto a private covered patio with built in braai and four seater table. The unit can accommodate a maximum of two guests.
Bachelor Studio With Lounge:
These tastefully decorated studios offer king size bedrooms with en suite bathroom and sleeper couch. Both studios have an open plan lounge / dining with a four seater dining table, microwave and kitchenette. The built in braai / fireplace and flat screen TV is visible from your bed - great for those lazy winter mornings. A studio can accommodate a maximum of two adults (and two children on the couch). The studio can interlink with the second bachelor studio to form a family unit suitable for four adults (and four kids on two sleeper couches).

Our stay was very delightful! We enjoyed going back to the room. Very clean and neat. Lovely bedding!! Would recommend carpets next to the bed and perhaps cleaning utensils such as a broom/mop. Benches in the garden would make a lovely tea place to enjoy the lovely garden view! Otherwise the stay was really nice! Would book there again!
