Quoted rates exclude the following fees which must be paid directly to the property after the booking has been confirmed, usually a week before check-in, but in some cases on arrival.

There is a R450 to R650 booking fee and R1000 refundable breakage deposit applicable on each booking to be paid with your final payment. 1. We do not allow parties, loud music or overcrowding - in the unit as well as on the complex premises. (We need to respect the rights of owners, neighbours and body corporates). 2. Houses and flats are let strictly on the number of beds available. The number of people in the unit at any time (including children) may not exceed the number booked for. 3. We do not take bookings for groups of adults. 4. A guest may not book more than one unit. 5. No day visitors are allowed or from other units. 6. No loud music or noise is allowed at any time of day. 7. The responsible tenant must be 25 years old or older. 8. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in immediate eviction without refund and or no refundable deposit will be paid back.

Travelling with children?
Children of all ages are welcome.

How to confirm?
Deposits are required to confirm a booking, usually 50% but sometimes as high as 100% depending on season and time till check-in.

Cancellation policy
If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
If cancelling 999 days before arrival, forfeit R600.00.
