Southgate 3 can accommodate up to six adults and two children. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and two bathrooms. The first and second bedrooms each contain a double bed. The third bedroom has a double bed and two single beds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove / oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area has a dining table and chairs for six people. The lounge has a flat-screen TV and opens to a balcony with BBQ facilities. You should bring your own standard decoder and card, otherwise there will be no TV available.

The Southgate complex offers a communal pool. A lockable garage is available on site.
