      Our house rules are intended to ensure all guests enjoy a safe, secure, and positive experience.
      Each room accommodates a maximum of 2 registered guests only. This is a private home and not suited for group stays, parties, or gatherings. Any attempt to book as a group, or for additional people to stay on the property, will result in the booking being cancelled immediately.
      Only registered guests (maximum 2 per room) are allowed on the property. Unregistered visitors will be considered trespassers. Guest drop-offs must take place at the property entrances.
      Property gates must be closed promptly with the issued remote. Please double-check proper closure on entry and exit.
      Keep room doors and windows locked at appropriate times.
      Socialising with other guests is not permitted inside the rooms.
      * Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Ashtrays are available on request. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts in room bins.
      * Eating on beds is not allowed to prevent stains and damage. Please use the seating areas provided.
      * Furniture may not be rearranged, and rooms may not be decorated with items that could cause damage (e.g., candles, flowers on beds, etc.).
      * Professional photography, videography, and commercial content are strictly prohibited on the property. Illegal downloads via the house Wi-Fi are not allowed.
      * Shower times are limited to 10 minutes to conserve hot water and support water saving.
      * Air conditioning must be switched off when leaving the room. Doors and windows should remain closed while the unit is in use.

      Why do I have to pay a deposit?

      This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

      Can I pay the deposit at month end?

      That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.
