De Waterkant is, in truth, a modernised rendition of the Bo-Kaap and lies just next to this same suburb. From Cape Town International Airport:
1. Head northeast on Ring Rd for 700 m.
2. Continue straight to stay on Ring Rd for 350 m.
3. Keep left to stay on Ring Rd for 650 m.
4. Use the right two lanes to turn slightly left toward Airport Approach Rd and continue for 180 m.
5. Use the right two lanes to merge onto Airport Approach Rd and continue for 190 m.
6. Keep right to stay on Airport Approach Rd for 1.9 km.
7. Merge onto N2 and drive for 14.5 km.
8. Use the right lane to continue on Nelson Mandela Blvd for 1.2 km.
9. Use the right lane to merge onto Nelson Mandela Blvd/N1/N2 and continue for 700 m.
10. Use the second lane from the right to turn right onto Walter Sisulu Ave and continue for 110 m.
11. Continue onto Dock Rd for 300 m.
12. Turn left to stay on Dock Rd and proceed for 220 m.
13. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Ebenezer Rd and continue for 260 m.
14. Turn left onto Prestwich St and continue for 79 m. Your destination will be on the left at The Docklands CT, 70 Prestwich Street, De Waterkant.
