The Clifton Private Beach Villa has three bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a King-size extra length bed and the third bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Two of the en-suite bathrooms have a bath and shower. The third en-suite has a shower only. There is a guest toilet and an outdoor shower and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a Nespresso coffee machine. The open plan living area flows outside onto the terrace with a sparkling swimming pool. Imagine the break of dawn, lounging around, sundowners, rooftop BBQ, starry nights, blazing fire pit…pick a mood this villa has the setting for you to unwind. Tastefully decorated with unique designer furniture, accessories, fittings and equipment, the Villa is a rare jewel waiting to unfold around you. Free high-speed internet, secure and uncapped Wi-Fi as well as comprehensive satellite including all TV channels, surround sound system throughout the Villa, Marshall Speaker and gas fireplace. Parking is available at a location nearby upon request and reservation is needed. (additional cost). Street parking is available.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
