Boasting beautiful sea views and direct access to the beach, this property offers a delightful seaside escape. Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool, a dedicated braai area, and a children’s play area within the complex.; ; Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, the apartment features two well-proportioned bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a spacious open-plan layout that includes the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and includes a private dressing area, built-in cupboards, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and makes use of a separate bathroom equipped with a bath. Ceiling fans are provided in both bedrooms for comfort, and air conditioning is also available in each room at an additional charge of R80 per day, should guests wish to make use of it.; ; The kitchen is fully equipped for a convenient self-catering stay, offering a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, microwave, kettle, as well as the necessary crockery and cutlery. A six-seater dining table and chairs are positioned in the dining area beneath a ceiling fan, making it ideal for shared meals. The lounge is furnished with comfortable seating and a ceiling fan, and includes a flat-screen TV with the Easy View DStv bouquet; guests are welcome to bring their own decoder should they wish to access additional channels.; ; Sliding doors from the living area open onto a spacious covered patio with outdoor seating and uninterrupted views of the ocean—an ideal spot for relaxed outdoor dining or simply soaking up the coastal atmosphere. No loud music or excessive noise is allowed. If any neighbouring residents report excessive noise or unruly behaviour, the host may have to evict you from the property and terminate your stay, without any refund of either your accommodation money or security deposit.
No parties or functions are allowed. The maximum number of people who can use the accommodation at the time of your visit may not exceed the maximum capacity of the unit, and only those indicated on the booking form can occupy the property.
