31 Summer Place is a charming ground-floor holiday apartment offering self-catering accommodation with captivating views of the Indian Ocean. Situated within the secure Summer Place complex in Shelly Beach, the apartment enjoys direct beach access and benefits from a range of shared amenities including a swimming pool, braai facilities, and a children’s play area.

Self-Catering Accommodation

Designed to accommodate up to four guests, the apartment features two comfortably appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, alongside a thoughtfully arranged open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, a dedicated dressing space, built-in cupboards, and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Ceiling fans are fitted in both rooms, and air-conditioning is available at a small daily surcharge.

The second bathroom includes a bath, ideal for those seeking a relaxing soak after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, offering a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, microwave, kettle, as well as a complete selection of cutlery and crockery. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area includes a six-seater table and a ceiling fan, creating a pleasant space for shared meals.

The lounge area is furnished with comfortable seating and includes a ceiling fan for added comfort. A flat-screen television is provided with the Easy View bouquet; guests are welcome to bring their own decoder should they wish to access additional channels. The living space opens onto a spacious covered patio, tastefully furnished for outdoor relaxation while enjoying uninterrupted sea views. Secure on-site parking is available.
