Self Catering Accommodation

Summerhill is a large, lodge style holiday home in Vaalwater which can accommodate 12 guests.

This home has four free-standing "separate" bedroom cottages with four en-suite bathrooms fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. Rooms two and four have an adjacent room that can accommodate and extra two people in each.

The main room is furnished with a King-size bed that can convert into two single beds should you need and is made up with 100% cotton linen. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. The beds are dressed in cotton linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom has a bar fridge & tea-and-coffee-making facilities in the kitchenettes provided.

The house has a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a comfortably furnished sitting area with a fireplace. The living area opens to the spacious patio which has a swimming pool and braai facilities. The bedrooms are not connected to this central building.

Dining

Meals are available, however, please give notice of the catered option in advance. Breakfasts and lunches can be enjoyed at The Bike Village and dinners are delivered with a smile to your cottage!

Activities and Attractions

Surrounded by mountains and beautiful Bushveld, Summerplace Game Reserve offers hiking and game viewing. There is mountain biking available at Waterberg MTB and horse riding at Waterberg Cottages. Other activities include a visit to Thaba Kwena Crocodile Farm, exploring the Arent Dieperink Museum and a tour of the Geluksfontein Dairy Goat Farm.
