Designed to accommodate up to four guests, St Tropez 204 features two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious open-plan living area that combines the kitchen, dining space, and lounge. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. The shared bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a convenient self-catering stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, and kettle. The inviting lounge provides comfortable seating, a TV, and attractive sea views, creating the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Complimentary uncapped Wi-Fi is also available throughout the apartment.

Guests have access to a communal coin-operated laundry on the ground floor of the building, making longer stays even more convenient. Shared braai facilities are available for outdoor dining, and secure on-site parking is provided for peace of mind.

    Why do I have to pay a deposit?

    This is a sign of good faith. Properties hold rooms for you, which they could sell to someone else, so if you don't turn up, they lose revenue. By paying a deposit of 50% (industry standard) you show the property that you are intending to arrive and they will accordingly turn others away.

    Can I pay the deposit at month end?

    That depends on the property. Many have real time booking calendars, allowing people to book instantly online. If that's the case, bookings are first-come-first-book, and no rooms will be held provisionally unless specifically arranged. Send a request and ask for a specific payment date and they'll get back to you.

    What is 3D Secure?

    This is a security layer which checks that the person making the payment is the authorised cardholder by way of a one-time pin delivered by SMS or a secret code, ensuring the safety of your card.

    3D secure is a legislated prerequisite for all online purchases in South Africa.
